油菜离体小孢子诱变育种研究进展
Advances on in vitro microspore technology for mutation breeding in rapeseed
【摘要】 应用离体小孢子突变技术能高效获得目标突变性状,大大加快育种进程,为油菜诱变育种提供了新途径,文章综述了近年来国内外利用油菜离体小孢子进行诱变的技术研究和突变体的选育现状,并提出小孢子突变技术在育种方面的应用前景和发展潜力。
【Abstract】 In vitro microspore mutation technique provides a novel approach for the mutation breeding of rapeseed, which can high-effectively obtain target mutation traits and speed up the breeding process. The review summarized the progresses on in vitro mutagenesis and selection carried out by using microspore culture technology and mutant applications, and discussed its future applied prospect and developmental potential.
