纳豆芽孢杆菌剂对AA鸡生产性能和十二指肠消化酶的影响

【摘要】 研究报道了纳豆芽孢杆菌对AA鸡生长性能和十二指肠消化酶的影响。结果表明,纳豆芽孢杆菌剂能提高AA鸡生长性能,当添加量为200mg/kg时,平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADFI)达到最大,分别比对照提高2.47g和5.11g。纳豆芽孢杆菌剂能提高十二指肠消化酶(总蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶)的活力52.2%~89.2%。纳豆芽孢杆菌剂添加量对存活率影响不大。纳豆芽孢杆菌剂的最佳添加量为200mg/kg。

【Abstract】 The effects of Bacillus natto sawamura on growth capability and duodenum digestive enzyme of AA broilers was studied. The results shown that Bacillus natto sawamura preparation could improve the growth performance of AA broilers. Average daily gain(ADG) and average daily feed intake(ADFI) of AA broilers were greatest when addition amount of Bacillus natto sawamura preparation was 200 mg/kg and it increased the amounts of ADG and ADFI by 2.47 g and 5.11 g compared with the control,respectively.Bacillus natto sawamura preparation could improve the activity of duodinum digestive enzyme(such as protelytic enzyme,lipase and amylase) of AA broilers by 52.2%-89.2%.The survival rate of AA broilers was not affected by Bacillus natto sawamura preparation.Optimun addition amount of Bacillus natto sawamura preparation was 200 mg/kg.
