尼卡巴嗪对鸡球虫的生物活性及对鸡生长的影响

【摘要】 研究了尼卡巴嗪对鸡球虫的生物活性及肉鸡生长的影响。结果表明,对于6种艾美尔球虫,用球虫净500mg/kg处理感染用药组存活率均为100%,相对增重率大于83.7%,病变值小于7.5,卵囊值小于1,ACI指数超过180,说明球虫净对鸡球虫具有很高的生物活性。饲喂尼卡巴嗪与马杜拉霉素混剂对肉鸡的平均饲料消耗率没有明显的影响。尼卡巴嗪对鸡羽热应激有增强作用。尼卡巴嗪40.00mg/kg+马杜拉霉素3.75mg/kg和尼卡巴嗪44.00mg/kg+马杜拉霉素4.13mg/kg的混合物的平均死亡率比较低(19.6%)。此饲喂量对肉鸡的平均增重与对照组相当。尼卡巴嗪不同复配剂的肉鸡球虫病攻毒试验表明,尼卡巴嗪具有良好的配伍性。

【Abstract】 This paper studied effects of nicarbazine on biological activity of chickenaimeriaworn and chicken’s growth. The results shown that Qiuchongjing was a good medicine to inhibiting 6 kinds of chickenaimeriaworns. Qiuchongjing was one of nicarbazine’s preparations and application concetration was about 500 mg/kg.The living rate of chickens was 100%, relative increased weight rate for the chickens was more than 83.7%, the value of pathological changes was less than 7.5, the value of ovum vesica was less than 1,and the index of ACI was more than 180. There was no abvious effect on the average feedstuff consumption of chickens by feeding the mixture of nicarbazine and maduramicin. Nicarbazine increased heatresponse of the chicken. The average death rates for the mixtures of 40.00 mg/kg of nicarbazine +3.75 mg/kg of maduramicin and 44.00 mg/kg of nicarbazine + 4.13 mg/kg of maduramicin were lower (19.6%). The average increased weight for the rate of feeding feedingstuff corresponded to the one for the treatment of the control. The results of the experiment on several kinds of preparation of nicarbazine indicate that nicarbazine was a good matching ability.
