【摘要】 目的 :探讨脑挫裂伤后大鼠脑皮质神经元c -fos基因表达的意义。方法 :采用Feeney’s自由落体致伤法 ,复制大鼠大脑皮质挫裂伤动物模型。伤后 1h、2h、4h、8h、12h、2 4h、4 8h和 72h杀死大鼠取脑组织 ,制作冰冻切片 ;SP免疫组织化学染色。结果 :病灶中心区阳性细胞很少 -而在挫裂伤灶周围区则阳性细胞密集。阳性细胞主要是锥体细胞和星形细胞。伤后 1~ 2hc -fos阳性细胞密度较高 ;伤后 4 8~ 72h阳性神经元减少或消失。结论 :脑外伤可以导致皮质神经元c-fos基因表达 ,而且有时间依赖性。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of c-fos gene expression in cortex neuron of rat after brain injury. Methods: The Feeney’s body falling injury method was used to make brain contusion model. After 1h?2h?4h?8h?12h?24h?48h and 72h of brain contusion the rats were killed, and those of the brain frozen sections were created. The sections were dyed by Sp immunohistochemistry. Result: The positive cells of c-fos were less in central area of injury. The positive cells of c-fos was crowded around injury focus area. The positive cells of c-fos were mainly pyramidal cells and stellate cells. Thickeness of positive c-fos cell was higher after injury 1-2h,and those positive cell was less or disappeared after injury 48~72h. Conclusion: Brain trauma may induce expression of c-fos gene in cortex neuron, and may depend on time.
