【摘要】 目的 :观察和评价经内镜高频电治疗上消化道息肉的疗效及价值。方法 :采用高频电治疗仪通过内窥镜实施治疗操作 ,将圈套器置于息肉根基部稍上方 ,收紧钢丝 ,通电切除。结果 :12 8例 (14 1枚 )息肉切除均获得成功 ,对直径 <2cm一次治疗成功率 10 0 %。 1枚 4cm息肉 ,4次电凝电切治愈 ,均无严重并发症发生。结论 :本方法设备简单 ,操作方便安全 ,疗效确切 ,医疗费用低 ,少见并发症发生[1,2 ] ,为临床治疗息肉的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study and evaluate the curative effect and value of endoscopic high frequency electricity polypectomy. Methods: Operations were carried out with high frequency electricity instrument (PSD- Olympus) with endoscope , put the snare at the root of the polyp, close the steel wire tightty, electrify and cut it down.Results:141 polys on 128 cases were all cut down successfully. polyps which diameter were <2cm were cut down only one time , the successful rate was 100%,one polyp which diameter was 4cm was cured for four times with coagulation and cutting No serious accompanied disease happened. Conclusion: The curation way of high frequency electricity polypectomy with endoscope is easy and secure to carry out, with simple equipment actual effect , low cost , and no accompanied disease.
