【摘要】 随着秘书工作逐步与国际接轨,就如何构建有中国特色的秘书学理论体系,必然再一次引起学术界的关注。该文对秘书的界定、秘书职能、秘书权力以及如何推进秘书职业化进程等问题进行了思考。提出秘书的“职业”定义、“服务职能”的定位、“不确定性”的权力以及推进秘书职业化进程中需要建立学术界、政府、社会互动机制等观点,并对此进行了较深入的分析和探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 As Chinese secretary work is in line with international standards, much attention should be paid to how to construct a theoretical system of secretary science with Chinese characteristics. The paper discusses the definition, functions, power and professionalization of secretary work and concludes that Interactive mechanism in the academic world, in the government and in the whole society should be set up to define secretary work, localize its serving func-tion, to promote its professionalization process and also for its uncertain power.更多还原
