【Abstract】 Industrial structure determines its function, while the function influences economic development. Optimizing, strengthening and enlarging the three industries’ structures of Jiaxing by adjusting them plays a vital role in creating a strong Jiaxing, enabling it to merge into the Changjiang River Delta Economy in order to promote Jiaxing economy and the development of the whole society. Based on the practice of Jiaxing, this paper discusses how to optimize the first industrial structure, strengthen the second industrial structure and enlarge the third industrial structure.
