【Abstract】 It is improper to newly establish a special supervisory division within interior supervision and restriction mechanism of procuratorate. An interior supervision and restriction mechanism working system should be established in the precondition of rational arrangement of interior functional division and complete interior administration system. The subject of the working system should be an interior supervisory organ, and the supervision responsibility contains mutual supervision and restriction inside the functional division, between the functional divisions, between superior procuratorate and its functional divisions and inferior ones.更多还原
