【Abstract】 This article introduces a convenient preparation of 2-(p-chlorohenyl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyrrole-3-carbonitrile from p-chlorophenyglycine. The yield can reach 86.1% and the purity of the product can reach over 97%. This technology is easy to operate, and the condition is mild. So it is suitable for large-scale production.更多还原
