【Abstract】 A method for the determination of 1\|Chloro\|4\|Propoxythioxanthone by high performance liquid Chromatogaphy(HPLC) was developed. Optimun operating conditions were as follows: ODS (C18) column, i.d.Φ4.6 mm×250 mm; CH\-3OH∶H\-2O(90∶10,V/V) mobile phase with a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min; UV detector at 258 nm. The results showed that the calibration equation was \$C=2.07×10\+\{-5\}A-2.60 with r=0.9999\$. The reproducibility was good with RSD=0.73% and the recovery was 102.8%～104.3% with RSD=1.05% and 1.52% respectively. The method is accurate, rapid and simple.更多还原
