【Abstract】 In the process of designing and applying human resources, student record, and resident management systems, it is a time\|consuming job to scan and record lots of photos quickly. This paper presents a system design method for the batch scan and quick disposal of photos. Through this system, it is able to cut and extract photo information automatically, correct slant quickly, adjust luminance and chrominance, cut and rotate pictures, and make ratio prints.更多还原
