2-氯-5-甲基吡啶的合成及其新的提纯方法
Synthesis of 2-chloro-5-methylpyridine and its new isolation method
【摘要】 以 N-氧 -3 -甲基吡啶为原料 ,经过氯化 ,所得到的粗产物中含有 3 -甲基吡啶、2 -氯 -3 -甲基吡啶和 2 -氯 -5-甲基吡啶。通过采用形成氯化铜配合物的方法 ,先将 2 -氯 -5-甲基吡啶从混合物中以配合物的形式分离出来 ,再将配合物水解 ,得到纯度为 99.1 %的 2 -氯 -5-甲基吡啶 ,这为从同分异构体混合物中提取单一组分提供了一种新方法。
【Abstract】 chloro\|5\|methylpyridine was synthesized by chlorination of N\|oxide\|3\|methylpyridine, accompanied by 3\|methylpyridine and its isomer 2\|chloro\|3\|methylpyridine. Converted to its co\|ordinate complex of copper(Ⅱ), then hydrolyzed, 2\|chloro\|5\|methylpyridine was obtained with a purity over 99.0%.
