无机盐对生物接触氧化处理法的影响
Effects of inorganic salt on biological contact oxidation process
【摘要】 研究了无机盐分 ( Na Cl和 Na2 SO4 )对生物接触氧化处理法的影响 ,提出无机盐氯化钠和硫酸钠对生物接触氧化处理法的系统处理效率的影响 ,结果表明 :在接触氧化法对 Na Cl和 Na2 SO4 的忍受程度的研究中 ,发现当该生化系统驯化到一定时间时 ,水体会变成淡红色 ,这主要由于随着驯化的不断进行 ,生化池中的微生物不断更新演变 ,最后嗜盐细菌占了大多数 ,由于嗜盐细菌通体为淡红色 ,其游离在水中 ,故水体变为淡红色。同时 ,在接触氧化法处理系统中 ,系统耐 Na2 SO4 的能力高于 Na Cl,这说明氯离子比硫酸根离子对微生物体更易致细胞壁破裂和原生质解体 ,从而降低了活性污泥的活性 ,削减了其处理能力。为生物接触氧化处理法在工程应用中提供了设计依据。
【Abstract】 The effects of two inorganic salts (sodium chloride and sodium sulphate) on biological contact oxidation process were studied by treating industrial wastewater . In accordance with the experiment, the result indicated that the effects on biological contact oxidation process are great that the high concentration of inorganic salt could much reduce the activity and quality of sludge, and the treating effects became lower. It indicated that the water changed red because of the halophilous becteria, Yand that the tolerance range of Na\-2SO\-4 is better than that of NaCl in this system. It also implied that NaCl’s bacteriostasis is stronger than that of Na\-2SO\-4. In addition, it offered design data for the engineering of biological contact oxidation process treatment.
