基于通讯的智能PID参数整定控制系统的仿真开发
Development of communication-based control system with intelligent tuning of PID controller
【摘要】 开发了一个基于上、下位机通讯的智能 PID参数整定控制系统。上位机的算法采用基于 BP神经网络的 PID参数在线整定 ,并利用 MATL AB来实现。上、下位机的通信以及显示监控部分利用 VC来实现。利用 VC与 MATL AB之间的接口程序来实现下位机的测量数据、PID控制和上位机的智能 PID参数整定部分的数据和命令传递。对一个非线性时变系统 ,作了仿真实验 ,仿真结果良好 ,表明本文所采用的方法是可行的、有效的。
【Abstract】 A communication\|based control system with intelligent tuning of PID controller is developed. At the upper level computer, BP neural network\|based tuning of PID controller is implemented by using the MATLAB toolbox. Communications between the upper and lower level computers, and the display and monitor sections are implemented by using VC. Transfers of data between VC and MATLAB are fulfilled by using their interface programs. Simulations for a nonlinear and time\|varying system show that approaches employed in this paper are practicable and effective.
