【摘要】 目的　探讨老年高血压病 (EH)病人脉压 (PP)与左心室肥厚 (LVH)的相关性。方法　采用标准台式水银柱血压计测量 138例老年EH病人收缩压 (SBP)及舒张压 (DBP) ,根据PP分为A、B两组。A组(PP≥ 6 0mmHg ,5 2例 ) ,B组 (PP <6 0mmHg ,86例 ) ,测定心率 (HR)、空腹血钾 (K+ )、胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)、血糖 (BG) ;进行心脏超声检查 ,测定舒张末期左室后壁厚度 (LVPWT)、室间隔厚度 (IVST)、左室舒张末期内径 (LVDd) ,并计算出左室重量指数 (LVMI)。结果　两组病人DBP、HR、K+ 、TC、TG、LDL C、BG、LVDd比较差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ,而SBP、PP、LVPWT、IVST、LVMI差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论　老年EH病人SBP和PP与LVH之间有密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between pulse pressure(PP) and left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) in aged essential hypertension.Methods A total of 138 aged patients with essential hypertension were divided into group A(n=52,PP≥60mmHg) and group B(n=86,PP<60mmHg) by the Korotkoff’s method with a stethoscope from mercury sphygmomanometer.The heart rate(HR) was examedl.The fasting serum potassium(K +),cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),blood glucose(BG) were detected Color Doppler echocardiography was performed to measure the end-diastolic left ventricular post wall thichness(LVPWT),interventricular septal thickness(IVST),end-diastolic left ventricular diameter(LVDd) and left ventricular mass index(LVMI) was calculated.Results No significiant difference was noted on diastolic blood pressure(DBP),HR,K +,TG,TC,LDL-C,BG and LVDd in each group(P>0.05),but significiant difference was noted on systolic blood pressure(SBP),PP,LVPWT,IVST,LVMI between group A and group B(P<0.01).Conclusion In aged essential hypertension,PP and SBP have a significiant correlation to LVH.更多还原
