【摘要】 目的　探讨微创皮肤软组织扩张器置入技术的临床应用效果。方法　运用自制的套管穿刺和置入器械 ,在局部肿胀麻醉下 ,经微小切口将超薄型扩张器置入皮下腔隙中 ,术中即时注水预定扩张总量的2 5 % ,以后隔日注液 1次 ,导管内置或外置。对 38例皮肤扩张病例进行观察。结果　经病变内小切口 (0 8～1 0cm)埋置扩张器均获成功 ,术中出血少 ,无一例接受输血 ,术后进行快速扩张顺利 ,总并发症发生率为5 %。结论　经微创切口埋置扩张器 ,损伤小 ,扩张周期短 ,并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of implanting the soft tissue expander through mini-incision.Methods A series of special instruments and expanders made by ourselves was used in 38 patients.The extra-thin expanders were placed through mini-incision and small tunnel.Results The average time of expanding was 25.5±3 days and 60.5±7 days respectively in the new implanting method group and the general implanting method group.The incidence of complications was 5%.Conclusion The new implanting method could enhance tissue expansion and decrease complications.It could shorten the hospitalization days and decrease the medical cost for the patients.更多还原
