【摘要】 目的　观察茵栀黄注射液治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床疗效。方法　对符合新生儿高胆红素血症诊断的 133例随机分两组 ,对照组常规治疗 ,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用茵栀黄注射液治疗 ,对两组疗效及安全性进行对比分析。结果　茵栀黄注射液治疗组降低胆红素水平明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,且未发现明显的不良反应。结论　茵栀黄注射液是治疗新生儿高胆红素血症安全、有效的药物之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of Yinzhihuang on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods A total of 133 neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group were cured by routine treatment and the treatment group were cured by normal treatment plus Yinzhihuang injection.The curative effects and safety were observed and compared.Results The decreased level of bilirubin in Yinzhihuang treatment group were obviously better than that in control group(P<0.01),and no significant side-effect was found.Conclusion Yinzhihuang injection is a safe,effective drug to neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.更多还原
