【摘要】 目的　探讨重组人生长激素 (r hGH)对门脉高压症脾亢术后病人的影响。方法　采用随机分组对照研究的方法 ,应用r hGH治疗组 30例 ,对照组 30例。观察两组病人术后疲劳综合征 (POFS)、腹腔感染、切口愈合的情况。结果　治疗组无疲倦 17例 (5 6 6 % ) ,对照组 2例 (6 6 % ) ,两组比较差异有显著意义(P <0 0 1)。治疗组切口甲级愈合 2 7例 (90 % ) ,对照组 18例 (6 0 % ) ,两组比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。治疗组和对照组分别有 1例腹腔感染。结论　应用重组人生长激素能减轻和预防POFS ,并且有利于切口的愈合更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effects of recombinant human growth hormone on postperative patients with hypersplenism due to portal hypertension.Methods A prospective,randomized and controlled trial was carried out.The experimental group composed of 30 casesand the control group composed of 30 cases.The postoperative fatigue syndrome,infection of abdominal cavity and wound healing were observed.Results The percentage of patients without postoperative fatigue syndrome was 56.6% in experimental group and 6.6% in control group(P<0.01).The first class of wound healing was 90% in experimental group and 60% in control group(P<0.01).There was no significant differences between the two groups with infection of abdominal cavity.Conclusion The recombinant human group hormone are useful in improving postoperative fatigue syndrome and wound healing.更多还原
