【摘要】 目的　观察喹硫平治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法　以喹硫平治疗精神分裂症病人 37例 ,疗程 6周。疗效评估采用阳性和阴性症状量表 (PANSS)、简明精神病量表 (BPRS) ,不良反应评定采用副反应量表 (TESS)。评定时间为治疗前及治疗后 1～ 6周。结果　痊愈 5 4 % (2 0 / 37) ,显效 30 % (11/ 2 7) ,进步13% (5 / 37) ,无效 3% (1/ 37) ,BPRS总分、PANSS总分及各分量表分治疗前后比较差异均有显著意义。不良反应主要为治疗初期轻度镇静、体重增加。结论　喹硫平是一种安全有效的新型抗精神病药 ,能有效改善阳性症状和阴性症状 ,耐受性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic and side effects of quetiapine in the treatment of schizophrenic patients.Methods 37 schizophrenic patients were treated with quetiapine for 6 weeks.The efficacy was measured with the positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS),and brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS),while the adverse events were determineed by the treatment emergent symptoms scale(TESS).Results The curative rate was 54%(20/37),30%(11/37) of the patients were improved markedly,the sadvancement rate was 13%(5/37),the inefficiency rate was 3%(1/37).Significant differences existed between pretreatment and post treatment in total PANSS scores,BPRS scores.The main side effects were light sedation and gain in weight in the initial stage of treatment.Conclusion Quetiapine is an effective and safe antipsychotics which shows effect in decreasing positive and negative symptoms and better tolerance.更多还原
