【摘要】 目的　探讨妇科电视腹腔镜手术在基层医院临床应用价值及其可行性。方法　应用腹腔镜分别行输卵管、卵巢肿物、子宫手术及盆腔松解术 1 62例。结果　镜下手术成功率达 96 % ,术中出血少 ,术后痛苦少 ;术后病率 3 8% ,平均住院时间 2 8d。结论　腹腔镜手术创伤小、恢复快、效果好 ,随着操作技术的熟练 ,妇科各种手术将可在镜下施行更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the applicating value of obstetric peritoneoscopic operation in primary hospital.Methods Peritoneoscopic operation was applicated in 162 cases for the operations of uterine tube,orary,uterine and pelvic cavity lysis.Results The successful rate of peritoneosopic operation was 96% with the advantages of less bleading,little pain.Postoperative complications were found in 6 cases(3.8%).The average hospitalization days were 2.8.Conclusion Peritoneo scopic operation has little injury,faster recovery and better effect.Many kinds of obstetric operation would be performed with peritonescope with the skill techniqnes.更多还原
