【摘要】 目的　探讨保脾手术在治疗外伤性脾破裂中的应用。方法　对 1 1 2例外伤性脾破裂病人的手术治疗经验进行回顾性总结。结果　 1 1 2例病人中 ,1 0 6例治愈 ,6例死于其他脏器损伤。结论　保脾手术应遵循“保命第一 ,保脾第二”的原则 ,保脾术式应根据病人的具体情况而定 ,伴有空腔脏器破裂者 ,也可选择保脾手术更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of protect spleen operation in treating traumatic spleen broken.Methods The data of 112 patients with traumatic spleen broken treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results In 112 cases,106 cases were cured and 6 cases die from other organs injure.Conclusion The operation of pretecting spleen must based on the preciple of "the first is life and the second is protect spleen".The operation of protecting spleen must according to the patients’ situation,even if the cavity organs are broken.更多还原
