【摘要】 目的　总结结肠肿瘤并急性梗阻的诊治经验 ,探讨其外科处理原则和方法。方法　回顾分析14例结肠肿瘤并急性梗阻的临床资料。本组全部切除肿瘤采用一期切除吻合。结果　 14例均经手术治愈。术后切口感染 6例 ,其中切口裂开再次手术缝合治愈 1例。肺部感染 2例 ,功能性胃排空障碍 1例。无吻合口瘘 ,无住院死亡。结论　掌握好手术适应证和手术方法 ,一期肿瘤切除吻合是安全的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience in the diagnosis and treatment and explore the principle and method of acute colon obstruction caused by carcinoma.Methods Clinical data of 14 patients with acute colon obstruction caused by carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively.In this group,all neoplasmas were excised totally and the colons were anastomosed.Results All the 14 patients underwent operation were cured.Postoperatively incision infection was found in 6 cases,incision fissure and reoperation in 1 case,lung infection in 2 cases,functional delayed gastric emptying(FDGE) in 1 case.No anastomotic leakage and death were found in hospital.Conclusion One stage resection of the cancer and anastomosis of the colon may be safe and suitable based on the good indications and surgical methods.更多还原
