【摘要】 目的　观察培哚普利与吲哒帕胺联用对原发性高血压 (EH)左室肥厚 (LVH)的逆转作用。方法　将 78例EH伴LVH病人随机分为A组 (单用培哚普利 ) 38例 ,B组 (培哚普利与吲哒帕胺联用 ) 4 0例。观察两组治疗前后及两组间血压及LVH指标的变化。结果　 6个月后两组血压均较治疗前明显下降 (P <0 0 1) ,组间降压幅度差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。两组左室重量指数均较治疗前明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ,B组较A组明显 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　两药联用对LVH逆转有协同作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the antihy pertensive effect of indapamide retard combined with perindopil and their effect s on reducing left ventricular hypertrophy in essential hypertension(EH).Methods Seventy eight cases patients with EH were randomly divided i nto perindopril treatment group(38 cases) and perindopril plus indapamide treatm ent group(40 cases).The indexes of the observation included the variety of blood pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy after 6 months treatment in both grou ps.Results It was found that blood pressure was signicficantly decreased in both groups after 6 months treatment(P<0.01),but n o difference was found in the level of blood pressure reduction between these tw o groups(P>0.05).Index of left ventricular mass reduced signifi cantly in both groups(P<0.01),moreover,this effect was more obv ious in the combined treatment group than that in the perindopril treatment grou p(P<0.05).Conclusion Indapamide combined with perindopril has synergistic effect on reversion of left ventricular remodeling.更多还原
