【摘要】 目的　评价子宫下段高位剖宫产与新式剖宫产两种术式的优缺点。方法　 2 0 0例行子宫下段高位剖宫产 ,另 2 0 0例行新式剖宫产。观察手术时间、出血量、娩头困难例数、子宫切口撕裂例数、新生儿Ap gar评分等 ,并进行比较分析。 结果　子宫下段高位剖宫产平均出血量为 138 85± 5 3 74ml,明显低于新式剖宫产平均出血量 190 5± 5 9 18ml,差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。两种术式的手术时间、娩头困难例数、子宫切口撕裂例数、新生儿Apgar评分经统计学处理 ,差异均无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。 结论　子宫下段高位剖宫产术中出血量少 ,优于新式剖宫产 ,可在临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the strong and weak point of two types of operations(low cesarean section with higher incision and new-style cesarean section).Methods Two hundred cases were treated with low cesarean section with higher incision and other 200 cases were treated with new-style cesarean section.The operation duration,the amount of bleeding,the number of head delivery with difficulty,the number of uterus incision laceration,and Apgar assessment of newbron were observed and compared.Results The amount of bleeding in low cesarean section with higher incision was 138.85±53.74ml on the average,remarkably less than that in new-style cesarean section(190.5±59.18ml),with notable difference(P<0.01).There were no marked differences between two types of operations in operation duration,the number of head delivery with difficulty,the number of uterus incision laceration,Apgar assessment of newborn(P>0.05).Conclusion Low cesarean section with higher incision is superior to new-style cesarean section in terms of the amount of bleeding and might be popularized clinically.更多还原
