【摘要】 目的提高尿道下裂一期手术疗效,减少尿瘘等并发症发生。方法应用显微外科技术,选择不同的术式一期修复尿道下裂17例,包括加盖带蒂包皮瓣尿道成形术(onlayislandflapurthroplasty)4例,横形带蒂包皮瓣尿道成形术(Duckett术)8例,膀胱黏膜一期尿道成形术5例。结果一期手术全部成功,无尿瘘、尿道狭窄、感染等严重并发症。结论应用显微外科技术,能提高尿道下裂一期手术的成功率,减少尿瘘的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To enhance the curative effect of one -stage urethroplasty of hypospadias and to reduce the surgical complications of urethrocutanious fistula.Methods One-stage urethroplasties were carried out with microsurgical technique in17cases of hypospadias.The surgical methods consisted of onlay island flap urthroplasty(in4cases),transverse island flap urethroplasty(Duckett method,in8cases),and bladder mucosa urthroplasty(in5cases).Results The hypospadias were successfully repaired in all patients with no fistula or other serious complication s.The mean operation time was290min(ranging from240min to390min).Conclusion One-stage urethroplasty of hypospadias with microsurgical technique is highly effective,especially in reducing complication of urethrocutanious fistula.[更多还原
