【Abstract】 Development modes and preponderance orientation are key problems need to be solved in the industrialization development process of regional economy, but regional economic development modes are controled by natural endowment of resources and industrial structure condition.An optimal economic development mode which is based on natural resource endowment certainly stands upon the resource preponderance, and is led by resource machining and transforming.Through taking advantage of advanced techniques to arm leading industry and transforming traditional industry, such a mode will realize the combination between natural resource endowment and non- natural resource endowment.
