【摘要】 本文研究了温度和赤霉素对滇重楼种子二次发育的影响。结果表明 :温度是滇重楼种子二次发育的一个最重要的影响因素 ,最适温度为 18～ 2 0℃ ;温度处理可提前完成种子二次发育过程 ,大大缩短出苗时间。而赤霉素对滇重楼种子二次发育没有明显的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper primarily studied that the different temperature and gibberellin level effect on the seeds of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis in second growth. The result showed that the temperature is the most important factor for the seeds of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis in second growth, which the best temperature is between 18 ℃ to 20 ℃. Temperature may in advance the seed second growth process, shorten seeding time, but the gibberellin level could not obviously promote it.更多还原
