【摘要】 对小拟南芥 (Arabidopsispumila)种子用不同浓度不同时间的H2 O2 溶液浸泡、变温、不同光照条件、不同培养基质处理进行萌发试验。结果表明 :H2 O2 对小拟南芥种子的萌发有明显的促进作用 ,合适的变温处理可使小拟南芥种子完成后熟并解除休眠 ,成熟种子具有较宽的萌发条件范围 ,由于光照可使小拟南芥种子休眠缩短或被解除 ,从而提高种子萌发率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the treatments of which soaking in the H 2O 2 solution with varies concentration and period, varies temperature, varies condition of illumination, varies medium to the seed of Arabidopsis pumila. The results showed that the germination was distinctly facilitated by H 2O 2 , the seed dormancy would terminated and its afterripening would finished by the treatments with varies temperature, illumination could improve the germination probability of the seed through shorten or terminated the its dormancy.更多还原
