甘薯腋芽人工种子的研究

【摘要】 以甘薯带腋芽茎段为繁殖体 ,用 4 %海藻酸钠 (附加 MS、3%蔗糖、植物生长调节剂和多菌灵 )和 2 % Ca Cl2 包裹 ,制作人工种子。将人工种子播种于不同基质上进行萌发。结果表明 5~ 6 mm长的茎段为最佳繁殖体。在海藻酸钠中加入多菌灵和 IBA有利于人工种子萌发 ,萌发率分别为 70 %和 72 % ;加入 KT有利于提高人工种子萌发的整齐度。蛭石 +MS(无菌 )为最佳萌发基质 ,萌发率达 6 2 %。

【Abstract】 Encapsulating sweet potato stem with auxiliary buds in 4% Sodium Alginate (added MS, 3%sucrose, plant growth regulator and carbendazin) and 2% CaCl 2 to make artificial seeds. Put these artificial seeds into different germination matter to test their ability of germination. The result showed that the stems in 5~6 mm is the best propagartors. Adding carbendazin and IBA is good to germination of the artificial seeds. The germination rate are 70% and 72%. Adding KT is good to germination compatibility. Vermiculite added sterilized MS is the best media of germination. Germination rate can reach 62%.
