氮离子注入番茄M1代的生物学效应
Biological Effects of Nitrogen Ion Implantation on Tomato M1 Generation
【摘要】 对番茄 N+离子注入诱变效应进行了研究。结果表明 ,番茄单果重、座果数等性状变幅大、变异率高 ;而对发芽率和果实的品质性状影响较小。并以 4× 10 1 6N+/cm2 、6× 10 1 6N+/cm2 剂量处理 ,产量提高明显。但不同品系 ,不同性状的最佳诱变剂量略有不同。
【Abstract】 The mutation effects on cultivated tomato, Catchup type and Eatable type, by N +ion implantation was studied. The result showed that the mutation ranges of the characters of single-fruit weight, number of per plant were increased and their mutation frequencies was high However, the effect of ion implantation on germination rate of seed and quality of fruit was very weak. Using4×10 16 N +/cm 2?6×10 16 N +/cm 2 does and yield was improved. The optimum mutation dosage was different on seed of 2 tomato lines.
