214株非发酵菌的临床分布和耐药性分析

【摘要】 目的 了解非发酵菌感染情况及耐药性特点 ,延缓和减少医院感染的耐药菌株产生 ,为临床正确选用抗菌药物提供科学依据。方法 对本院 1999年 1~ 12月各类临床标本培养分离出的 2 14株非发酵菌进行回顾性分析。结果 检出的 1372株细菌中 2 14株为非发酵菌 ,占 15 .5 9% ,药敏结果显示 :非发酵菌对头孢一代的耐药率为 95 .79% ,对阿莫西林和氨曲南的耐药率分别为 73.36 %、6 1.6 8%。结论 非发酵菌占临床检出菌株的比例较高 ,已发展到一个新的高峰 ,对临床常用的抗生素有极高的耐药性 ,提醒临床医师应根据患者的病情 ,结合药敏试验结果对“菌”下药 ,正确合理使用抗菌药物。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the characteristics of infection and drug resistance of nonfermentative Gram negative bacilli and to guide the proper use of antibiotics, and then to reduce the production of drug resistance strains in infective patients. METHODS A total of 214 strains of nonfermentative Gram negative bacilli from various clinical specimen during Jan 1999 Dec 1999 were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS From the 1 372 clinical pathogenic strains 214 strains (15.59%) were nonfermentative Gram negative bacilli, and the rate of the drug resistance to first generation cephalosporins was approximate to 95.79%; and the rate of the drug resistance to amoxicillin and aztreonam attained 73.36% and 61.68%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS The percentage of nonfermentative Gram negative bacilli isolated from clinic is higher, and the drug resistance to frequently used antibiotics of nonfermentative Gram negative bacilli is also higher. Choosing correctly the antibiotics should be laid emphasis.
