【摘要】 目的　研究烧伤病区医院感染的临床特点 ,以指导临床控制。方法　选择我院烧伤科 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 2年连续3年住院患者的出院病历 2 2 5 3份 ,对该时段医院感染进行回顾性的调查、总结和分析。结果　 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 2年连续 3年烧伤病区医院感染率为 10 .2 1% ,例次感染率为 10 .5 8% ,漏报率为 18.0 7%。结论　烧伤患者因为皮肤屏障破坏、免疫功能受损等因素 ,医院感染率高 ,特别需要加强控制 ,以降低医院感染率。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study clinical charcteristic of nosocomial infection in burn department,and to control clinical infection. METHODS A total of 2 253 medical records of inpatients from 2000 to 2002 years in succession were selected, tinvestigated, summarized and analysed. RESULTS Nosocomial infection rate was 10.21% in burn department in 2000 2002 years in succession, the case time infection rate was 10.58% and rate of missing report was 18.07%. CONCLUSIONS Because the skin of patients was damaged and immune function was impaired, the nosocomial infection rate was high, the control measures must be enhanced in order to reduce nosocomial infection rate.更多还原
