【摘要】 目的　研究影响油、粉、膏剂干热灭菌效果的各种影响因素 ,找出相应对策 ,提高灭菌质量。方法　对凡士林油纱和液体石蜡干热灭菌效果影响因素进行分析。结果　装量、炭化、炸裂、计时、监测对凡士林油纱和液体石蜡干热灭菌效果有影响。结论　进行凡士林油纱和液体石蜡干热灭菌时做到小装量、防炭化、准确计时、防炸裂、严格监测能提高灭菌质量 ,减少医院感染发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore affecting factors in dry heat sterilization of ointment, powder and paste and seek corresponding strategy to affecting factors and elevate the quality of dry heat sterilization. METHODS The bacterial culture was used in evaluating the effects of dry heat sterilization. RESULTS The dose of each pack, carbonization, package broken and so on are the main factors in dry heat sterilization of vaseline and liquid paraffin. CONCLUSIONS To ensure small pack to be used, prevent carbonization and breaking of package, and monitor closely the time and temperature are the key points in dry heat sterilization for control nosocomial infection.更多还原
