【摘要】 目的　确定AvagardTM无水洗手液与行为教育 ,干预对护理人员洗手依从性的作用。方法　设立试验组和对照组 ,各 5 0名试验对象 ,试验组采用行为教育并提供无洗手液进行干预 ,采用观察法和问卷法 ,收集观察对象洗手行为的变化情况。结果　试验组在行为教育及产品干预后的平均洗手率均高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,试验组经提供产品干预在开始和重新开始护理活动及进行侵入性或无菌操作前 ,这两项的作用强于行为教育干预对护理人员洗手行为的影响 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　AvagardTM 无水洗手液与行为教育干预对护理人员洗手依从性有一定的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish the effectiveness of a two tier hand hygiene practice intervention programme comprising education and usage of a waterless hand-rub(Avagard TM, 3M). METHODS Measurement of handwashing was based on investigator′s observation of the handwashing behavior of the study group and their self-reporting over the study period. Two hospitals were identified as the test and control sites, respectively. Fifty health care workers( HCWs)at each hospital were recruited to study the effectiveness of a two tier intervention programme. The test group was first exposed to education and followed by availability of a waterless hand-rub. Both groups were then observed for handwashing compliance.RESULTS Handwashing compliance of the test group improved significantly(P<0.01)after intervention methods. Noteworthy, there was a significant increase in observed rates for two specific HHP indicators, i.e., before beginning or resuming patient care and before invasive procedure (P<0.05). There were no significant differences of self-reporting hand-washing rates between the test and control groups ( P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS Handwashing compliance of HCWs could be promoted by waterless hand-rub and intervention programne for behavior education.更多还原
