【摘要】 目的　了解心胸创伤出血回输对机体体液免疫的影响情况 ,从体液免疫的角度论证术中和术后自体血回输的可行性和安全性。方法　通过对免疫球蛋白、循环免疫复合物等项目的检测考察自体血回输对机体体液免疫的影响情况 ,并和创伤后不输血组以及创伤后输库血组进行比较。结果　心胸创伤出血回输患者体内体液免疫指标的变化情况与创伤后不输血患者一致 (P >0 0 5 ) ,与回输血量没有明显相关关系 (最大相关系数r=0 5 94 ,最小相关系数r=- 0 0 0 4 )。结论　心胸创伤出血回输对机体的体液免疫没有不良影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To learn the degree of the influence on the humoral immune system after autotransfusion of thoracic blood and to prove the security of autotransfusion of thoracic blood in terms of humoral immune. Methods We observe the influence by testing 7 representative items such as Ig, CIC, et al. We also compare the testing group with two contrastive groups of routine transfusion and non-transfusion.Results The changes of the observed items of testing group are accordant with that of non-transfusion group (P>0.05). There is no relativity between the values and the volume of autotransfusion (r max =0.594, r min =-0.004) .Conclusion It is safe and feasible for the humoral immune to use autotransfusion.更多还原
