【摘要】 目的　探讨微小染色体维持蛋白 5 (MCM5 )在尿脱落细胞中的表达 ,以检测膀胱癌细胞 ,为临床早期发现 ,术后和复发监测 ,探讨方便、快捷的方法。方法　收集尿脱落细胞 ,膀胱癌组织和正常膀胱内皮组织 ,提取总RNA ,逆转录 巢式聚合酶链反应 ,免疫组化 ,检测微小染色体维持蛋白5mRNA表达水平。结果　在膀胱癌 30例尿脱落细胞中MCM5阳性率 93 3 % ,其他泌尿系疾病 2 5例MCM5阳性率 13 3% ,健康志愿者 5名MCM5阳性率 0 %。膀胱癌组织中MCM5基因表达量在 1、2、3级间差异均有非常显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论　MCM5基因检测可以作为早期诊断、术后和复发监测膀胱癌的标志基因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of MCM5 gene in urine exfoliate cell and bladder cancer tissue in order to research the diagnosis and difference. Methods We collected the samples of urine exfoliate cell and bladder cancer tissue and extracted the total RNA, and then did RT-nest-PCR, immunohistology to check the expressive level of mcm5 gene. Results Sensitivities of that are 93。3% in 30 bladder cancer, 13。3% in other patients and 0% in normal person. The expression of mcm5 between G1?G2 and G3 bladder cancer tissue have very marked statistic significance ( P<0。01).Conclusion It is usable to test the expressive level of mcm5 gene in bladder cancer to diagnosis and prediction.更多还原
