【摘要】 目的　了解我国医院管理科学研究方法的应用现状、最新进展与发展趋势。方法　以《中华医院管理杂志》和《中国医院管理》杂志“九五”期间刊发的全部论文为研究对象 ,对其所用的研究方法及数据应用与统计分析类型等进行分类统计。结果　规范研究论文占 2 9% ,思辩研究论文占 6 8 5 % ,实证研究论文占 2 8 6 % ;76 6 %的研究论文没有基本的数据支持 ;引用数学模型或新的数理研究方法者仅占 1 4%。结论　管理科学研究的新技术、新方法的引进与应用 ,使医院管理科学研究水平和层次都得到了提升。但仍存在工作体会多、规范研究少 ;定性研究多 ,定量研究少 ;思辩研究多 ,实证研究少等问题。建议加强人才培养 ,采用先进技术 ,创新医院管理科学研究方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out about the current situation, latest advancements and development trends of research methods employed in the science of hospital administration in our country. Methods All the papers published during the ninth"Five-year" period in Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration and Chinese Hospital Management were surveyed and the research methods and types of data applications and statistical treatments were classified and counted. Results Papers of canonical research accounted for 2.9%, papers of speculative research accounted for 68.5% and papers of positive studies accounted for 28.6% while 76.6% of the papers lacked basic data support and papers utilizing mathematical models or new mathematical research methods accounted for only 1.4%. Conclusion The introduction and application of new techniques and methods in the research on management have contributed to the enhancement of the research level of hospital administration. However, there have been more papers of experience than canonical studies, more qualitative research than quantitative research, more speculative research than positive studies and other problems. It is suggested that more efforts be devoted to cultivating talented personnel, employing advanced techniques and innovating research methods in the science of hospital administration.更多还原
