阈下刺激终止室上性心动过速有助于旁路消融靶点的定位

【摘要】 <正> 房室折返性心动过速(AVRT)的导管射频消融(RFCA)房室旁路已取得很好的疗效,其消融靶点定位大多以激动标测为主要方法,尽管成功率高,但需消融的次数较多,平均为3～8次。已有报道表明,近折返环的阈下刺激(sub-threshold stimulation,STS)能终止室性心动过速(VT)和左侧旁
