【摘要】 目的　探讨雌激素对肠缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法　取雌性青春期大鼠 ,分为卵巢切除组 (2 0只 )、对照组 (10只 )、雌二醇组 (10只 )、大剂量雌二醇组 (2 0只 )。观察肠缺血 30min再灌注 6 0min后肠粘膜损伤程度 (Chiu氏评分法 )、测定血清雌二醇、NO-2 /NO-3 和丙二醛水平。结果　雌二醇组和大剂量雌二醇组的Chiu氏评分和丙二醛低于卵巢切除组 ,而NO-2 /NO-3 高于卵巢切除组。雌二醇与Chiu氏评分呈负相关 ,与NO-2 /NO-3 呈正相关。结论　雌激素对青春期雌性大鼠肠缺血再灌注损伤有一定的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of estrogen on intestinal ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods Sixty pubertal female rats were divided into 4 groups namely ovariectomy group ( n =20), control group ( n =10), estradiol group ( n =10), and high dose estradiol group ( n =20). The intestinal tract was subjected to ischemia for 30 min, and reperfusion for 60 min. Chiu’s score for intestinal mucosa injury, serum levels of estradiol, NO - 2/NO - 3, and malondialdehyde (MDA) were determined. Results In estradiol group and high dose estradiol group, Chiu’s scores and the levels of MDA were lower, while the levels of NO - 2/NO - 3 were higher than those in ovariectomy group. A positive correlation between estradiol and Chiu’s score, and a negative correlation between estradiol and NO - 2/NO - 3 were also noted. Conclusion Estrogen may act on protections against intestinal ischemia reperfusion injury induced in pubertal female rats.更多还原
