【摘要】 目的探讨β受体阻滞剂、AT1受体阻滞剂联合应用对CHF的治疗作用,并与血管紧张素II转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)与β受体阻滞剂合用作比较。方法对103例非瓣膜性充血性心力衰竭分组,分别给予缬沙坦加美托洛尔和培哚普利加美托洛尔治疗3个月以上,并观察有关临床指标、1年内再住院次数。结果两组治疗后的心功能、心胸比例、左心室舒张末内径、左室射血分数无明显差别,P均>0.05;但均较治疗前明显改善,P<0.05;两组1年内再住院次数也相似,P>0.05。结论AT1受体阻滞剂和β受体阻滞剂联合应用对CHF有较好的近期治疗作用,与ACEI和β受体阻滞剂合用相当。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effects of the combin ed therapy with ARB andβ-blocker in congestive heart failure(CHF),compared with ACEI andβ-blocker.Methods 103patients with CHF were randomize d into two groups.Cases in one group were treated with Diovan an d Betaloc for more than three months while others with Acertil and Betaloc.Meanwhile tra-ditional method,such as cardiotoni c,diuretic and vessel dilators were given to all patients.Clinical symp toms and sign were observed after more than three months treatme nt.Results The cardiac function,the cardio-th orax ratio,left ventricular end dia stolic di-mension and the left ventricular eje ction fraction(LVEF)in two groups after treatment were similar(P>0.05),but all items became better singnificantly than before t reatments(P<0.05).And the times of hospitalization in the following one year duration in tw o groups also show resemblance(P>0.05).Conclusions The combined therapy with ARB and BB i s safely effective in improving the functions of CHF,as well as the co mbination treatment with ACEI and BB,at least in near future.[更多还原
