【摘要】 目的探讨血竭在经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)围手术期中的临床效果。方法对接受TURP手术的高龄及高危前列腺增生症(BPH)患者在围手术期服用中药血竭。结果患者术后未见加重合并症和并发症,康复平稳,生活质量改善。结论血竭在TURP围手术期中应用,安全、有效、经济、方便,可以作为辅助治疗药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Dragon′ s blood in Transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) around surgery. Methods To prescribe Dragon′ s blood for the advanced age and high risk benign prostatic hyperplasia patients undertaking TURP around surgery. Results Patients after surgery have no aggravated complication, recover steadily and the living quality is improved as a result. Conclusion Dragon′ s blood is proved to be safe, effective, cheap and convenient in TURP around Surgery, it can be used as supplement medicine for treatment. [更多还原
