【摘要】 目的对2001年9月至2002年8月在本所实施辅助生殖技术━宫腔内人工授精(IUI)治疗不孕症64个周期的结果进行总结分析。方法对64个治疗周期的治疗结果进行回顾性总结分析,对分类资料进行其相应的统计学分析。结果64个IUI治疗周期中,妊娠8例,妊娠率12.5%。结论鉴于我国国情,辅助生殖技术如试管婴儿费用高,而宫腔内人工授精费用低,可多次应用,仍给不孕夫妇予生殖的机会。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the results of 64 cycles for treating infertility by intrauterine insemination one of the assisted reproductive technique during September 2001 till August 2002 in our institute. Methods To analyze the results of 64 cycles retrospectivel and to analyze the qualitative data statistic. Results There are 8 cases pregnancy in 64 cycles by IUI treatment. The pregnancy rate was 12.5% . Conclusion Based on the economical status of our country, IUI cost is relatively reasonable while IVF- ET cost is high. IUI in which provides the chance of fertility for infertile couples can be performed repeatedly. [更多还原
