【摘要】 目的探讨CO2激光治疗重度宫颈糜烂的方法、疗效和注意事项。方法采用CO2激光输出功率0～50W,波长10.6微米,光束强度适中,光斑直径为0.5cm的连续波,治疗重度宫颈糜烂350例。结果术后4个月复查,所有病人都有效,总有效率100%。结论CO2激光治疗术简单安全,疗效满意。主要适用于Ⅰ～Ⅲ度宫颈糜烂患者,重度更适用此方法。早期发现早期治疗是成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the way, efficient rate and points for attention in treating the severe cervical erosion by CO2 laser. Methods 350 cases of the severe cervical erosion were treated by CO2 laser, that was 0～ 5w output power, 10.6m wavelength, and successive wave. Results After 4 months following up, the total efficient rate was 100% . Conclusion CO2 laser treatment is simple, safe, effective, especially used in the severe cervical erosion.
