【摘要】 目的总结经尿道气压式弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石250例的临床经验。方法采用经尿道气压式弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的方法。结果输尿管上段结石碎石成功排净率75.6%,输尿管中下段结石碎石成功排净率95.1%。术中出现输尿管穿孔等并发症7例(2.8%)。结论采用经尿道气压式弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石,具有免开刀、痛苦小、并发症少、术后恢复快、住院时间短、疗效满意等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 l Objective The purpose of the paper is to summarize the clinical e xperiences obtained from treating ureteral calculi by the use of transurethral p neumatic lithotripsy in 250 cases. Methods To treat the ureteral calculi by the use of transarethral pneumatic lithotripsy. Results The successful rate of litho triptic removing on the upper, and on the middle and the lower ureteral calculi was 75.6%and 95.1%. The incidence of the complication during the operation was 2.8%(7 cases), such as: ureteral perforation, etc. Conclusions The application of transurethral pneumatic lithotripsy in treating the ureteral calculi is a go od method with such merits as: no operation, little pain, small complication, ra pid recovery, short time in hospital, and definite effect.更多还原
