【摘要】 目的研究硫普罗宁治疗老年人脂肪肝和清除氧自由基的疗效。方法经CT证实的老年脂肪肝病人72例,分为2组。硫普罗宁36例,予硫普罗宁200mg,强力宁36例,予强力宁60mL,均溶于5%葡萄糖溶液250mL,ivdrip,qd,共四周。结果硫普罗宁与强力宁一样可以明显改善肝功能(P<0.05),硫普罗宁并有降低肝脏CT值(P<0.05),清除氧自由基的作用(P<0.01)。结论硫普罗宁治疗老年人脂肪肝疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe clinical effects and against oxygen free radi cals of Tiopronin Zhusheye in the treatment of fattiness liver. Methods The pati ents(n=72)suffering from fattiness liver were divided into two groups. Thirty-s ix patients inTiopronin group were injected with Tiopronin Zhusheye 200 mg in 5 %glucose 250mL,iv drip, qd for 4 weeks as a course, while thirty six patients in control group were injected with Qianglining Zhusheye in the same way. Result s Tiopronin group may improve liver ability as same as control group, respective ly. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Tioproni n group was significant differencein patients with decrease liver CT(P<0.05) and against oxygen free radicals(P<0.01). Both groups had not severe adverse reacti ons.
