【摘要】 目的探讨尖锐湿疣患者细胞免疫功能状态,并为其免疫治疗提供实验依据。方法采用流式细胞仪检测外周血T细胞亚群和NK细胞百分比、MTT法检测淋巴细胞的增殖能力、ELISA法检测血清中细胞因子。结果CA患者外周血中CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+和CD56+细胞(NK细胞)的比例均明显低于对照组(均P<0.01);CA组血清中IL-12和IFN-γ产生水平均明显低于对照组(均P<0.01);而IL-10产生水平高于对照组(P<0.01);CA患者的PBMC对PHA四种诱导浓度的增殖能力均明显低于对照组(均P<0.01);CA患者的RBC-C3bRR的百分率明显低于对照组(P<0.01),而RBC-ICR百分率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论CA患者存在细胞免疫功能缺陷,临床治疗过程中须提高CA患者的细胞免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore cell-mediated immunity in patients with co nd yloma acuminatum(CA) to provide experimental basis for immunotherapy. Methods Fl ow cytometer was used to test T-cell subpopulation and NK cell in periperal blo od. MTT method was used to measure the hyperplasia ability of lymphocyte and ELI SA method to examine cytokine in serum. Results The CA patients showed lower lev els of CD3+T-cell, CD4+T-cell, CD4+/CD8+T-cell ratio, CD56+T-cell (NK c ell) which were 51.23%±5.51%, 23.52%±4.90%, 0.99±0.39, 3.01%±1.15%resp ectively than those of the contrastive group which were 61.01%±9.21%, 36.46% ±6.04%, 1.59±0.78 and 5.61%±1.21%(P<0.01). IL-12 and IFN-鉲evels of the CA (61.35pg/ml and (0.89-10 level o f the CA (97.01±15.51)pg/nl was higher (P<0.01). RBC-C3bRR of CA patients was obviously lower than contrastive group (P<0.01) while RBC-ICR of CA was obvious ly higher (P<0.01). Conclusion Cellular immunodeficiency exists in CA patients, so cellular immune function should be improved during clinical therapy.更多还原
