【摘要】 目的 探讨bcl-2、Bax在星形细胞瘤发生、发展中的作用。方法 本实验运用免疫组化技术SP法检测bcl-2、Bax在60例星形细胞瘤组织中的表达情况,并分析它们与星形细胞瘤的病理分级的关系。结果 bcl-2、Bax在星形细胞瘤中的表达率分别为58.3％(35/60)、66.7％(40/60),病理分级无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 bcl-2、Bax在星形细胞瘤的发生、发展起着次要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find some valuable criteria for prognosis of astrocytomas. Methods The expression bcl - 2、Bax proteins were studied by SP immunohistochemistry in 60 cases of astrocytomas. Their relationship relating to clinieopatho-logical paramenters was also investigated. Results The expression rates of bcl - 2 , Bax were 58. 3% (35/60)and 66. 7% (40/ 60) in astrocytomas. No significant difference in the expression of bcl - 2 and Bax in different histological grades was found. Conclusions The expression bcl - 2 and Bax protein play a role in the prognosis of astrocytomas.更多还原
