【摘要】 目的　探讨细胞周期蛋白A、E(CyclinA、E)阳性细胞比例的变化可否作为指导胃癌淋巴结清除范围的生物学指标。方法　自 2 2例“胃癌根治切除术 (D3 )”患者 ,术中获取正常胃粘膜、原发癌肿及淋巴结标本进行CyclinA、E阳性细胞流式细胞仪检测。有Ⅰ站或 /和Ⅱ站或 /和Ⅲ站淋巴结转移者 ,分别为A、B和C组。结果　 3组实验组原发癌肿与有转移淋巴结中的CyclinE阳性细胞比例明显高于对照组。实验C组CyclinE值显著高于A、B组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;3组实验组Cy clinA阳性细胞比例在原发癌肿明显高于对照组 ,但在转移淋巴结与对照组相比差异无显著性(P >0 .0 5 )。结论　CyclinE阳性细胞的异常增多与肿瘤进展和淋巴结转移明显相关 ;CyclinA阳性细胞异常增多主要表现在原发癌肿。CyclinE值的变化可作为反映胃癌生物学特征的指标 ,指导更为客观、合理的淋巴结清除范围。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss whether the changes of proportion of Cyclin A and E positive cells could reflect the biological identity of gastric carcinoma,and be guidance of lymph nodes removed in radical operation for carcinoma of stomach.Methods The specimens from 22 patients who received radical gastrectomy for cancer were tested for Cyclin A and E positive cells by flow cytometry,including normal mucosa (control group),primary focus of tumor and related lymph nodes (experimental groups).Results (1)The proportion of Cyclin E positive cells in tumor and metastasis lymph nodes was significantly higher than that in normal mucosa.(2)The proportion of Cyclin A positive cells in tumor was significantly higher than that in control group,but the value in metastasis lymph nodes was not significantly increased (P>0.05).Conclusion The increased proportion of Cyclin E positive cells can strongly indicate the development and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.The abnormal increased proportion of Cyclin A positive cells appears mainly in primary focus of gastric carcinoma.So the changes of Cyclin E can be used as the index to reflect the biological identity of gastric carcinoma,and be guidance for the range of the removed lymph nodes in radical operation for gastric carcinoma.更多还原
