复方芭蕉芯颗粒剂对膀胱结石的影响

【摘要】 目的观察复方芭蕉芯颗粒剂对实验性膀胱结石的治疗作用。方法在大鼠膀胱结石模型上,口服给予复方芭蕉芯颗粒剂,与对照组比较膀胱结石的重量、增长率、发生率以及肾组织学检查。结果在植入性膀胱结石模型上,复方芭蕉芯低、中、高剂量组膀胱结石重量及结石增长翠分别为:64.67mg(144.0%)、40.11 mg(85.2%)、31.44 mg(16.8%),其中,中、高剂量组显著低于结石对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);对苯二甲酸诱导的大鼠膀胱结石模型,正常对照组、结石对照组、复方芭蕉芯低、中、高剂量组的结石发生率分别为:0、67%、11%、0、0(X2=17.557。P<0.001),复方芭蕉芯给药各组结石重量也非常显著的低于结石对照组(P<0.01)。结论复方芭蕉芯颗粒剂对实验性膀胱结石有明显的治疗作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Bajiaoxin in the treatment of experimental cystolith. Methods The mice with experimental cystolith induced with benzene di-methanoic acid orally took Bajiaoxin granula.The calculus was weighed, the rates of growth and occurrence were monitored, and renal tissue was examined histologically. Results On the mice experimental cystolith model, the calculus weight (rates of growth) in the groups of high, mid and low doses of Bajiaoxin was 64.67 mg (144.0%),40.11 mg(85.2%),31.44 mg(16.8%) respectively,significantly lower than in the control group ( P <0.05, P <0.01). The calculus occurrence in the normal control group, calculus control group, and Bajiaoxin-treated groups of high, mid and low doses was 0, 67% , 11% , 0, 0 ( X2 = 17. 557, P<0.001).The calculus weight in the Bajiaoxin-treated groups was apparently lower than in the calculus control group ( P < 0.01) . Conclusion The Bajiaoxin granula has obvious therapeutic effects on the experimental cystolith.
