【摘要】 目的　探讨视交叉后肿瘤的手术入路和显微手术技巧。方法　采用终板入路显微切除11例视交叉后肿瘤 ,其中颅咽管瘤 7例 ,垂体腺瘤、血管瘤、下丘脑胶质瘤和视交叉胶质瘤各 1例。结果　全切除 10例、次全切除 1例、良好 9例、死亡 2例。随访 2个月至 2年未见肿瘤复发。结论　应用娴熟的显微手术技巧 ,经终板入路彻底切除视交叉后肿瘤对下丘脑无明显损伤 ,可以取得良好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the operative approach and microsurgical technique on retrochiasmatic tumors. Methods 11 cases of retrochiasmatic tumor,which included 7 cases of craniopharyngioma and 4 cases of other tumors (pituitary adenoma,angioma,hypothalamic and chiasmatic glioma),were included in our study. the translamina terminalis approach was used to resect these tumors by microsurgical technique. Results Total resection has been performed for 10 cases,and subtotal resection for one case of chiasmatic glioma.9 patients have good results and 2 patients with pituitary adenoma and chiasmatic glioma died of hyperosmotic coma..None recurred case was found during the follow-up period of 2 months to 2 years. Conclusions The tumors at retrochiasmatic region may be totally resected by experienced microsurgical technique and the translamina terminalis approach to get good outcome. It does not usually produce hypothalamic dysfunction using these techniques.更多还原
